I like to plan and cook meals for guests, especially if I have a theme. Tomorrow evening’s theme is Morocco.
- Appetizers on porch: hummus with pita and small rounds of Merguez
- At the table:
- Plate of 5 salads: potato, carrot, green bean, beet, tomato & cucumber
- Main: Vegetable tagine, couscous, bread
- Dessert: Mint tea and fresh fruit

How lovely! The food in Morocco was a highlight that I’ve brought home with me – I cooked a tagine on Monday. And thank you SOOO much for linking the recipes. I’m going to peruse them all.
