A 36 tablet-sized Excedrin® bottle, half-filled with fine-grain sand sits on my desk. Over a month ago I found it in a box of things I wanted to keep. I don’t know where the sand came from. A beach obviously, but which beach and why did I keep it? More importantly, why am I keeping it now, and why on my desk?

Maybe it’s not sand . . .
Now there’s a scary thought. Hadn’t considered that.
It’s definitely sand. I’m thinking now, from a beach in England — probably the first ocean beach I ever visited.
Good questions all!
Hmmm… should the sand perhaps be sent to AncestryDNA for testing?
I had the same thought, Susan.
If you can’t remember what/who it is, sprinkle it in the garden with love and the knowledge that it was important to you once, and lives on in this blog.
I might just do that. Only because I want it off my desk and it will be another checkmark on my Declutter 2018 chart.
